Here is one I did recently for a champion Ironman, spray tan and all. Just so there is no misunderstanding he is not juggling a handful of performance enhancing drugs but vitamin supplements.

1st Wedding Anniversary Gift Caricature

It was their first wedding anniversary, paper being the traditional gift. My original caricatures are water colour on PAPER. Their response, "We have seen caricatures previously but none anywhere near as realistic nor with the amount of detail or effort you have done! Not only were we ecstatic with the caricature for our first anniversary present, our family and friends were too!! Everyone has been astonished with how much it resembles us, the dogs and the different pieces drawn. We can't wait to hang it on the wall! I will be recommending you to everyone!!!! Thank you very much for making our first anniversary even more special!!" .. I love my job.

Here are two I did for Matt's parents. Both are turning 70 within a few weeks of each other. Here is what he said when he got them this week.

Phil,
"Thanks very much for the caricatures - they were absolutely brilliant.
I was amazed when I received the caricatures – although your website images capture the general concept. It is only when you receive the finished product, with all the personal details included, that you really appreciate the captured personality and uniqueness of the gift. The quality of the work and character likeness was top notch as well, with people saying that they could almost be mistaken for photos.

My Dad’s party was fantastic with over 40 guests - every one of them commenting on the standard of the caricature and the unique novelty of the gift. It was widely accepted that the strength of the caricature is that it encapsulates an essence and a life – making it the gift that is uniquely personal, highly memorable and everlasting.

I will be referring your skill to as many people as possible and there was a clamber on the night to obtain one of your cards.

This one was for a young couple wanting to celebrate their first year together.

P.S. As I was doing this post I received her feedback, here it is..

"Hey Phil it's Sheridan here, I just received the caricature you created for William and I! I'm so happy it looks amazing, and it's obvious that you did some research, the way you even included the logo of the nightclub Will and I met at. I love it so much, I can't wait for William to see it. I was so excited looking at the details you put into it, the floristry secateurs are EXACTLY the ones I use at tafe!! I love that, and William's gonna laugh when he sees the plate of honey king prawns. He's going to absolutely love it. Oh and our little tent with the raincloud over it!! That made me laugh, it's fantastic!! Oh and i LOVE the colour of my dress!! It's my favourite colour!! Anyway it's just perfect. :-) I love it so much. You're amazing. Oh and I love that my leg is wrapped around the pole! Hahaha I love it, and Will's gonna love it, it's so cheeky! :-) :-) :-)

Happy Anniversary Gift

This one was about as different as they come. For their anniversary Peter wanted his parents shown as they where 30 + years ago at the time they where married. He wanted them dressed in 18th century French costume running in front of the Palace of Versailles with a peacock each side wishing them a happy anniversary in French. A fun one to do, thanks Peter.
